Since 1994-95 student and staff exchanges have been a very rewarding experience. Lecturers from Dutch, Belgian, French and Spanish universities have visited and given lectures at the department. Amongst students, numbers of candidates for a six-month or annual period of study abroad have been regularly increasing. In the same manner, the department has been host to a significant number of students from foreign universities.
