GACSUM
Grupo dos Alunos de Comunicação Social da Univ. do Minho

GACSUM is the association of the undergraduate students in Communications. Its chief goals are to represent and promote the academic interests of the students, to organize activities that may add to the knowledge and training of its members and to promote exchanges with similar associations.

Amongst many other initiatives, GACSUM publishes Comum, a challenging student magazine, and organizes the annual ‘Communication Meeting’, a two-day event that brings together professional and academic experts in Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism and Production for Broadcasting.

GACSUM is sponsored by a variety of institutions, both public and private.
